We make our own wood cabinets from scratch to the finished product. We mix and apply our own finishes and because of this, we have complete control over the quality of our products. We use a catalytic or otherwise known as conversion varnish which is the best and most durable finish available in the industry. The mill is where your new cabinetry is born. By sourcing a wide variety of wood types, including gorgeous traditional hardwoods and we have done work in every different type of exotic woods, we start with only the best of materials.
Our team of craftsmen begin the process by hand-building each cabinet by in the shop by an experienced craftsman. After the pieces have been cut, they are prepped, fitted, routed, hand-carved and sanded. At Clear Oak Designs, we pride ourselves in the smooth, voluptuous nature of our cabinet finishes.
